Leaving Rhodes we stopped for fuel at the EKO Marina Fuel. The attendant was helpful in securing our lines and getting the nozzles to us. As we scurried around he said “arga, arga” to us and smiled. I asked what arga meant and he said “Slowly, slowly. No need to rush”
I smiled and said “in English slowly, slowly, in Nepalese bistari, bistari”.
On the other side of the world we’re still so very similar.
